Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications.
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, incident reports, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, working to find effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to ensure that resources are available when needed.
