Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services, ensuring all areas run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and evaluate hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Guest Relations: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service at all times.
- Quality Control: Monitor hotel services and facilities to ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resources.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel services and drive occupancy rates, including organizing special events and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all departments are adequately stocked.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and staff performance, presenting findings to the General Manager and making recommendations for improvements.
- Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations, coordinating appropriate actions to ensure guest and staff safety.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Supervisor) are a plus.
