Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services, ensuring all areas run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and evaluate hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Quality Control: Monitor hotel services and facilities to ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resources.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel services and drive occupancy rates, including organizing special events and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all departments are adequately stocked.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and staff performance, presenting findings to the General Manager and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations, coordinating appropriate actions to ensure guest and staff safety.

Qualifications
