Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Hotel Staff: Oversee front desk agents, housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff, ensuring they perform their duties according to hotel standards.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Manage Reservations and Room Assignments: Assist in overseeing room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and booking modifications as needed.
- Coordinate with Department Heads: Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments to ensure all operations align with guest needs and hotel standards.
- Monitor Operational Standards: Implement and uphold high-quality service standards, monitor cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property, and enforce company policies.
- Assist with Staff Training and Scheduling: Conduct training sessions for new hires, help develop service skills among staff, and manage work schedules to ensure coverage.
- Oversee Financial Transactions: Review guest billing and payments, handle cash or credit transactions, and assist in budget management.
- Prepare Reports: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and financial metrics for upper management review.
