Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support:
- Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and quality control to meet production targets.
- Rotate through different workstations as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Material Handling:
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Organize and maintain inventory of materials and supplies in designated areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, if certified.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Health and Safety:
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training and contribute to safety audits and inspections.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping:
- Assist in basic maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment, such as cleaning and lubrication.
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Dispose of waste materials according to environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Education:

- Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Physical Requirements:
