Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring.
- Prepare simple dishes and follow recipes under the guidance of chefs or cooks.
- Assist with the assembly and garnishing of dishes as needed.
- Kitchen Cleanliness:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure that kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and storage areas, are kept clean and organized.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling and composting as required.
- Dishwashing and Utensil Management:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using manual or automatic methods.
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dishwashing areas.
- Stock and Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or spoilage to the kitchen manager.
- Help with rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Support to Kitchen Staff:
- Assist chefs and cooks with various tasks as needed, including setting up and breaking down workstations.
- Help with plating and serving food during busy periods.
- Follow instructions and perform tasks efficiently to support overall kitchen operations.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Follow health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the kitchen.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications:
