Key Responsibilities:

1. Nail Care Services:
   • Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and exfoliation.
   • Apply nail polish, gels, or acrylics, and perform nail art and designs as requested by clients.
   • Remove old nail polish or artificial nails and prepare the nails for new treatments.
2. Client Consultation:
   • Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences.
   • Provide recommendations for nail treatments, products, and aftercare based on client requests and nail health.
   • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues professionally.
3. Sanitation and Safety:
   • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients.
   • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
   • Dispose of waste materials and follow proper procedures for handling and cleaning tools.
4. Customer Service:
   • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for clients.
   • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
   • Handle scheduling and appointment management, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
5. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and apply them in treatments.
   • Recommend and sell nail care products to clients, including polishes, treatments, and moisturizers.
6. Administrative Duties:
   • Maintain accurate records of client appointments, services provided, and product sales.
   • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking nail care products and supplies.

Qualifications:
