Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure that the store is adequately stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Monitor and manage store inventory levels, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and support staff in customer service best practices and sales techniques.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise, motivate, and lead store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations and adequate coverage during peak times.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any staff issues or conflicts.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales by implementing promotional activities, sales strategies, and visual merchandising techniques.
- Monitor sales performance, set sales goals, and work with staff to achieve targets.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for increasing store revenue.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and returning merchandise as needed.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to maintain quality and prevent damage.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that store operations comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and securely, following company protocols.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and other key metrics to store management.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, staff schedules, and store operations.
- Assist in managing store budgets and controlling expenses to meet financial goals.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in sales and inventory management. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in retail management or customer service may be beneficial but are not always required.

- Comfort with working in a retail environment, which may involve varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
