Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Promotion:
- Actively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Promote current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
- Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal products, and inventory changes.
- Store Presentation:
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage to enhance the shopping experience.
- Transaction Processing:
- Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure proper management of financial transactions.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to stay updated on store policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash register operations are beneficial.

Working Conditions:
